I bought a pair of their glasses online and Canada Post mistreated the clearly-marked-as-fragile package, breaking one of the glasses. I called Sleeman and spoke with a woman who was as bubbly as their beer. They shipped me a replacement which arrived in a few days. Beautiful glasses, fantastic customer service! Their beer is excellent, too!

Took a brewery tour for $10/person. It was a great experience just seeing how beer is made. The guides are very knowledgable. And this is a CANADIAN brewery, so SUPPORT! Even though it's been bought by Sapporo. Ha. And there was tasting of different beers, plus a little souvenir!!! Must visit!

Attention! Brewers, sleeman products are great especially the sleeman original bottle. Now.... the 2.0 thts a different storyit has a weird taste and always has! You really shld fix this. As michelob ultra, and bud light do not. You cld really make 5 to 10 percent more sales!!!!!! Now thats alot.

Every bit as good as anything out there. I got a Sleeman's Original Draft and can't wait too have some. Great staff and service, with a new look in the lobby.

Will admit I am biased towards Sleeman Beewery as 2 of my family members work there! But, I do not like your 'regular old beer'. The Coors, Labatts etc. I do enjoy a good tasting beer. My favourite from Sleemans is one they don't make ofter as it is a more bitter beer, their Lager...or green label. We enjoy trying different brands but always look for a well made beer and not one that just throws a whack of hops in to cover any mistakes etc! I wish Sleeman would of made their non-alcoholic beer with no lime...eew. Sometimes it would be nice to have a beer with the alcohol....sigh. oh well. Still good tasting beer for those that like to try other things.

They used to make really good beer here until they decided to add corn syrup into the recipes. Pretty noticeable, and not very enjoyable.

Ok selection of beer but they have a unique flavor in all their beers. Maybe the type of yeast they use.

Toronto traffic took a bite out of our Father/Son road trip and could not make the tour at the brewery. We did however received the best customer service at the gift shop the next morning . Long trip, short stay. Planning a redo

Stopped by the brewery while on vacation. Their Honey Brown lager is my personal favorite.The gift shop was clean; offered a descent variety of merchandise and BEER.The customer service representative lady was friendly and directed us to viewing areas. I wish I was available for a tour - next time; but I'll always remember the visit.Got a hat and a shirt and a cozy; and a 6 pack of honey brown tall boys.Great Brewery. Great beer.
