Used the website to book an appointment last winter, was easy but the appointment was 3 weeks away, understandable, everyone is busy. Phoned a week later to ask what I need to bring so we don't waste time going back and forth, was told someone will phone me back, never happened. Went in for the appointment, got everything done and was told that I will be contacted in about 3 to 4 weeks about an estimate and if I would like to proceed to the next step. Well, that phone call never happened to this day. I guess I forgot to wear my $10k Armani suit to be taken serious.
