The absolute worst customer service. Waited over a full year for sod to be laid. Am still waiting over 2 years for them to install proper drainage around my foundation. Be prepared to write 50 follow up emails to ever get anything accomplished.

I have a townhouse built by Rockmount during the Covid time period. I was very patient on items that were not completed on time due to the Covid restrictions. Alycia was very nice to speak with on the phone. Unfortunately, most of the discussions led to no action taken on their part or several more calls before getting any response. Here are some of the issues that I faced:1. Extras: I asked about getting the tile pattern in the front hall to be change which would have been 2 tile cuts...quoted $250.2. Finishes: stairway top clearly shows where paint edging and rolling meet...obviously only one coat.3. Subfloor: was uneven due to the water build up during construction, some effort was made to level it out, but I can still feel a bounce in the area that I discussed with the site supervisor4. Rear stairs: I built a set of stairs with my own material and time. The stairs were removed by one of their contractors to install the sod in the backyard. I called to ask to have the stairs returned to my backyard. Months went by and the stairs were never returned. My stairs were tossed into a pile at the end of the block. After months, my son in law dragged another set of discarded stairs from across the street. I went by and realized that the stairs are not safe and asked Rockmount to either return or replace the stairs that I had built. They stated that they cannot be responsible for the stairs and did nothing to return them. Apparently, they know how to build stairs in front of the house and inside, but cannot figure out the back of the house? When talking to the site supervisor, I was made to feel like I didn't know anything about construction though I'm pretty sure I was swinging hammers and twisting screwdrivers 20 years before he was born.

Rockmount homes are excellent! Definitely recommend them.

We were really impressed with Rockmount in the way they built our home and worked with us along the way. All the companies they work with for selections are very high quality and it was a pleasure dealing with all of them. We love our new home and are blown away by how responsive they have been from the beginning to the end, answering emails right away, and sending in people to fix all the little imperfections to make the final product perfect. I bought from Rockmount Homes in 2009 in North east London on Savannah Dr. The house was very well built and the interior design was beautiful. This was my first family home and i would absolutely build with Rockmount Homes again in the future.

Rockmount built our first house in 2017. Definitely would recommend them...they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We could not be happier with our home!
