My Family has Taken there vehicles to Coops for as long as I can remember. they just serviced my Truck and did excellent work. There prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent. I wouldnt take my truck anywhere else.I'll give a specific thank you to Jordan as I was very pleased with his customer service and work.

Jordan at Koops has been a great source of information and was straight and honest with me about what needed to be done on my higher-mileage Mazda. It needed a fair amount of work and he was able to explain to me what needed to be done when, and why. Just let me save a couple part costs that were not necessary, while allowing me to tackle a few repairs that were in dire need.From there you was able to advise maintenance that will let me extend the life of my vehicle.During the days my car was in the shop, I was able to drive one of their Toyota Yaris courtesy cards, which honestly felt more roomy then my larger Mazda and handled just fine on the winter roads. These cars are all running 300-500,000km, a testament to their ability to keep a car running well.

Shane and the guys at Napa are life savers. I drove up at the end of the day with a flat tire and in a pickle as I was driving back north from Crows nest pass. The guys were quick to find a replacement good enough to get me going again and even swapped it before the closed up shop before the end of the day Literally half hour til closing time. I'd recommend these guys over and over and can not say enough about how much help they were and it didn't even come close to the expense I was expecting when all is said and done.
