I ordered a nice Fjallraven parka for a good price and am satisfied with both the jacket and the customer service. However, they need to be more transparent about their return policy - they have a complicated tiered return policy where you can only get store credit or an exchange, not a refund, if your item was discounted at all (which most items seem to be). They also only give you a ten day window, which is quite a bit less time than most other online sellers I have encountered. They should add a note to each item’s page that explains whether it is eligible for an exchange or refund and that customers have ten days to return. They should also use a different shipper than BoxKnight. The driver ignored drop-off instructions and left my package in front of my neighbour’s door where I couldn’t see it. From BoxKnight’s Google reviews, it looks like I am not the only person who has had this type of problem.

A boutique with a limited selection, but the selection is all the high quality stuff. I like the small size and personal service. I am a regular here for shoes and the owner remembers me and puts on the special touch. I also buy cold weather stuff here. Crème de la crème
