heard they stole and sold lots of people's cars and parts without their consent . Be mindful before using their services. If i could give 0 star i would.

Negative reviews mysteriously disappear.Insurance claim work. Premises shady (relatively), broken windows.After work was done, colour didn't match. Refused to fix and owner Justin was terribly unaccountable. Said that it's not possible to do better, and that yep he'd be willing to let it look like that with his reputation riding on it. Picture says it all.Took it to hamilton's carstar, turns out it is possible to do better.

The staff at Fix Auto Dieppe (Justin, Nicole and Catherine) were excellent! They arranged for a rental even before our adjuster had contacted them. I was regularly updated by email of when the process would be completed. As the commercial says: “Fix Auto; the first thing you say after you’ve had an accident”...

I was broken down on the side of the highway from out of province and they were more than willing to help me try to get my car able to make it home :) amazing people and service

Fix Auto was amazing and they back their work. I left and could hear a noise in my car, it was after closing so I left a message. They called me back first thing the next morning and had me come to check it out. It was discovered there was a plastic piece in my tire. They called around the corner and had me into a tire shop fast with them paying for it. Turned out it didn't puncture tire and no cost involved but that told me alot that they were willing. They didn't debate that it could have been driven over after I left. They treated me like a valued customer they wanted to keep.**Update. I guess I was wrong about being a valued customer - so I changed my rating.They arranged for a rental with my insurance company and had me picked up and everything, I paid the deductible and was on my way a few weeks later I receive a call that I owe for the rental. I advised what happened and that I would not have agreed to it as I have a motorbike I could drive while it was being repaired, and they offered and arranged the rental service. The person said ok and hung up, a few weeks more passed and I received an invoice in the mail and shortly after a collections notice. When my insurance contacted them about it, they would not take any responsibility for their error.

The most terrible experience in my life. Instead of 4-6 days I had to wait one month with no reason. Quality is not perfect at all. Will never come back again.

Due to unfortunate damage to the bumper and rear quarter panel while a local tire shop drove the car, we had to get it repaired. I'm very happy with the service we received from Fix Auto Dieppe. Recommended by insurance company.Front bumper was replaced and sprayed.The overall repair process was great (Customer service, arrangement of rental, and time taken to complete repairs)The finished result was a bit disappointing as the paint doesn't match. What I find strange is that the entire front bumper was replaced and painted but, one side is ok while the other side does not match
