The service my dad received from this place is really disappointing. I am out of words of how they did not accommodate him. He went there for a haircut and to color his hair. However, the haircut was still long so he asked if it can be fixed and they told him that they'll have to charge him more. Furthermore, the color on his hair did not stay at all unlike the usual salon he goes to (they were out on a vacation so he had to go to another one). His hair was still white to the point that the lady said she'll do it again. And since he was really upset, he just left and was still obliged to pay the full price. Expensive price does not guarantee quality.

This is the worst place to go for haircut. My humble advise to avoid this place. My first visit and I waited for an hour as there was just one guy to cut hair. When my turn came, he allowed one of his friend to sit and asked me to wait. Utterly unprofessional and rude behaviour. Also the place isn’t clean and nice. I had to give 1 star because there is no submission w/o this. Avoid this place.

I told the hairdresser specifically to give my daughter a trim,just a trim. But she cut way more than she was supposed to and giving my daughter layers. When she knew , just a trim. My daughter is very upset because curly hair takes forever to grow and now because of this preventable mistake it's gonna take longer.

Best service. Everything was perfect in here. I will be here every two weeks man.

Not the best cut and not cheap but they had electricity during the ice storm of 2023

Highly recommend, fair pricing , friendly staff The location downstairs by the doors makes parking and getting in and out very easy . I felt comfortable and got a great hair cut . This will be my go to barber shop moving forward

I WILL NEVER GET MY HAIR CUT HERE. I would prefer getting my hair cut by myself than there. Go to Jean-Talon (St-Micheal) if you want to have a good haircut then goes there. They will treat you better. Customers always deserve a great treat.
