Went above and beyond for my husband and I for my daughters birthday cake. We were having trouble emailing a picture to the Bakery to be put on a cake of her favorite Edmonton oiler. They scanned it and had it ready for Friday morning. She was blown away. Thank you so much. Our go to for cakes.

Great store. Have always been a supporter of the Co-Op. Nice parking. Clean store. Helpful staff. My first choice when grocery shopping.

Cashier scanned my items before I could retrieve my loyalty card number. I got the number a couple of seconds later and she refused to rescan the items so I could get my loyalty points. She said it was 8pm and they were closed. The time was 7:59pm so there was time to scan three small items ! She had time to sip a drink in front of me but not enough time to rescan my items !Awful unprofessional attitude and zero customer service.

Everything in store was great as usual! Clean and tidy. But, here is one concern, I watched a customer pick through bags of green grapes remove grapes from each bag and put them in her bag of grapes, said grapes went from a 2k to pretty close to a 4 k but sold by the 2 k bag price. Just a loss you don't need and during a pandemic we absolutely don't want someone rummaging through bags of produce with her bare hands. Thanks for listening a 10 uear customer.

They do not have international food options. Their store is super clean and organized and their breaded chicken strips are good.

The front end manager posts the schedule and edits it without communicating the new schedule, ruining plans and lives.Changes without notice are illegal.

Pat was fantastic! I had a seasonal item that wouldn't scan, and another employee said that if it didn't scan they couldn't sell it. Pat went the extra mile to manually enter the item and I'm very grateful that she chose to find a solution even though she could've shrugged it off. Thank you Pat, your kindness is radiant

Went in today to exchange my alpine water jugs as I normally do. Their shelf always has a sign that says see cashier first so I went through and paid for my exchanges and went to get my new water jugs. On the way out a co op employee comes behind me and my 4 year old daughter and says loudly hey bud you need to pay for those. I turned around not as it sounded like it was me he was talking to and it was. He pulls the security guard to come get me and I pull out my receipt to show that I clearly paid for the water. Not impressed that I was accused of stealing water in front of my child. If your going to accuse someone of stealing maybe make sure you watched the person the whole time.

This review is for the card department. What has happened to it?! It's practically disappeared! There's a fraction of the variety there used to be. Where have all the cards gone? What's really got me upset is that I went to look at the ones by the deli and the shelving was pushed up against the window! How am I supposed to see what's on the other side when I can't even walk around to it? Crawl over top? Who's bright idea was that? I am not in any shape to be moving a large shelving unit just to see the cards on the other side. You want to sell cards or just sun bleach the snot out of them? The cards are a big draw for me and have been for years. Whatever the occasion, I could find a card, even last minute. But without having them ACCESSIBLE and with less options I'll just go to the dollar store. Or shoppers drug mart. And may as well get groceries somewhere more reasonattbly priced too while I'm at it.I get downsizing the department and cutting corners. But why would you possibly have the card display pressed up against the window?! Are window displays making a comeback or what? You can reduce inventory without making it hugely difficult for customers who still want to shop what inventory you have left. So frustrating and an insult to the customer. I came all the way here to buy a card then I couldn't even get to what I wanted. Am I supposed to go ask for help every time I come to shop now?Speaking of which, the lady I've seen there for years in the card department is always very helpful. She even helps me find things in other parts of the store even though I know she doesn't work there and works solely for the card company. I'll be sure to ask her who moved these cards to such a ridiculously inconvenient location! Nice to see local makers being featured in the deli area (that once was a nice cafe and place to have a soup and coffee.) But the space is underutilized now. Why not rearrange it, (start by moving the card display away from against the wall) put some tables back, especially the counter along the windows. Increase foot traffic. You need some sort of thing to draw in customers (ie soup and coffee and donuts) now that your card selection sucks and the rising cost of food prices puts coop as being one of the most expensive places to shop identical items or ones of comparable quality (plus the loyalty program isn't great, membership, very behind the times and insubstantial rewards) . And still there would be room for the local displays of candles etc.
