Neetu was a wonderful associate to deal with. We booked a trip but unfortunately had to cancel couple weeks prior to. From start to finish, her friendliness and first class customer service made my experience with Sunwing a memorable and pleasant one. She was able to go above and beyond expectations to ensure the cancelation process was as seaming less as possible. Her eagerness and willingness to help ensured us that we were taken care of. 1. My smaller suitcase was lost, a claim was submitted. No way to proceed.2. Both of my round-trip flights were delayed for > 1 day. I tried to submit a compensation request, but it falsely said neither of my flights were delayed for >3 hours. No way to fix it.3. Later on, our flight back was cancelled. We were told to buy tickets on our own. No way to reimburse the tickets, and get compensated for the missing food voucher.

We have Menuka to thank for a good vacation break amidst Covid! She helped us find an amazing vacation destination, the best resort and patiently listened through all our demands - and this is for 5 families with kids aging 5 to 16! She helped us choose a resort that had something for everyone. A thorough professional, she will respond to your queries however late in the day it is! Thank you Menuka ! You are a star !

Booked a vacation package with another SelloffVacations agent and my name had to be corrected. My follow-up call was redirected to Neetu and even though it was past closing hours, she stayed to help make the adjustment with Westjet on the other line so that I didn't have to stress all night/weekend to get it fixed.

Booked a Black Friday deal to through them on a WestJet vacation package. Saved a bit of money, and also got some great service! Menuka coordinated booking two separate parties, helped us navigate the logistics of bringing young children, and provided some useful guidance about how to get the most out of our trip.

Laura Beswick was amazing she was so informative and knowledgeable travel agent. It was such a pleasure to deal with her. She booked our accommodation as requested with no hassle and was so pleasant on the phone and also gave me a lot info on the resort that we where gong too. Menuka is the best travel agent that I've ever met. Ive been using her for years! She has a great knowledge of the travel destinations as well as the hotels. She always gets me a good deal and works with my budget. She always sends me a variety of options to choose from..I extended my last trip and she reminded me about extending my travel insurance which I totally forgot about. She goes above and beyond for her clients.If she ever left Sunwing, I would leave too. She deserves a raise. She is very hard working, patient and caring. We had a great experience with Neetu Caur at the Sunwing, Brampton Location. She stayed past her working hours and patiently assisted and guided us to plan a vacation. She has vast knowledge about vacation destination and resorts. She planned a customized trip for us to Cuba shared tips about food and other stuff. We highly recommend her services. Definitely going back to her very soon :)

I dont know how you would classify this as customer service in the first place, Besides making several calls just to acquire booked tickets months in advance just to be paired with the most unprofessional “agent” who could care less about her career choice she has made in her life. NEETU CAUR is one person who should be avoided at all costs and by any means she has put on this facade that she is going to do her “best” to make sure we have everything accordingly, apparently her best is avoiding phone calls and giving the run around 4 days before the trip takes place so she can do the same to others it seems so if you are paired with this agent know she is not credible whatsoever I suggest getting another agent who actually puts in the effort into their career instead of preaching more than practicing.

Really friendly. Neetu helped us find the best suit for our family vacation in Punta cana. She has very good knowledge about the place and what she is talking about.
