TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very disorganized, workers kept ignoring me (could be the way I dressed, could be my race). I was trying to open an account with an FA and they would look at for a split second then ask the next person if they needs she'll despite me being there first.

I have had experiences dealing with all the big banks in our area, with the exception of Royal Bank.I can say without a doubt all banks are not the same. Every time I have had the necessity to deal with this branch, I come away impressed.Doesn't really seem to matter who you deal with, they all seem to be incredibly efficient and professional.

Great service but if they cant keep their doors unlocked to the public after hours and on Sundays, I can't give this location a good review. To many times I was forced to use the machine in the rain. I have debated switching banks because of this.

worst service a bank could possibly have. everyone behind the counter is socializing and does not care to help. I got pulled over to the side while I was already in line and a lady told me someone would help me. not sure why i would get pulled aside to then not receive help… i proceeded to another employee and told them i was pulled to the side to receive help (even though i did not ask) and no one has helped me. he then also told me to grab a seat and would help me in a few moments. when he called me over he started to question why i needed a new access card after already providing my id name and phone number. i then got told i looked nervous….. not sure why an employee would think that was appropriate to say? 30 minutes later and still no help when all i needed was a new access card. instead my time was wasted and i was disrespected. go to another branch.

One of the best TD bank in all canada , they are in different level for many reasons:1- they have very excellent team for investment consultants like SYLWIA REJVANI2 - they have very nice customer services and they try their best to help you within short time, one of the best associate there, ALEENA RASHID3- one of few banks stay till 8 pm ( Thursday and Friday) which i preferred them, comparing with other branches they are closing at 6 pm4- security guard inside the bank all day, which you make you feel more secured5- they try their best when you ask them for more help, like to open safety deposit box6- all the staff very nice and friendlyThe location of the bank, inside the meadowvale town centre circle and Aquitaine ave

It’s nice that 4 of your staff members have all day to chat while you have a line up with only 2 cashiers on. Where is your customer service. Maybe you should have your staff have a meeting in regards to customer service instead of what plans they have for the weekend.

I went to a bank after a long time. I was not sure what to expect but it went quite smoothly. I was in and out the whole process was quite streamlined.The lady who helped me was very polite I didnt get her name and i don’t remember seeing her name displayed I would have definitely given her a shout out.She asked if there was anything else she could help me with. gave me all the necessary info i needed and was super polite the entire time.The front entrance has a guard by the atms thats a plus in my opinion.The only thing was maybe the place by the atms and the entrance area could use a lil sprucing up nothing extensive but everything else was great.

This morning I was in the line waiting and witnessed a man trying to pull out money at the teller and the hassle they gave him was actually disgusting. Asking him what he's buying etc and that some of his reasons weren't appropriate to pull the money out, me as a black male felt targeted. As the gentleman trying to withdrawal money was also a black male. I left and did my banking elsewhere, to the staff at this location do the protocol the security text and Id proof and move on.

My boyfriend and I came by to get a new account at this location and we were lucky to have had Nana be our advisor. He was patient with all the questions I had and responded with ease. He ensured to explain everything so that it made sense to us and that we knew what we were getting ourselves into or out of. Thank you for all the advise and support :)

Unprofessional branch. I was at two previous branches and pulled out 10k each NO ISSUE. But both managers at this location gave me a hard time because I am black trying to pull out $10,000 cash. The 1st manager would not give me the money easily so she passed me onto Guida Marie (one of the other managers). Guida would not let me access my funds without terrible unnecessary hassle. She asked me about a transaction which I answered and verified but then asked me why I need such funds and she was not happy when I said none of her business. She then said she will not help me and handed back my ID. Then I said ok fine I need to buy a car. And she would only give me $5000 or go away. This is her way of inconveniencing me for the day which is unacceptable because she could have handed over the 10k like the previous branches did. Also I am sitting at the Argentia location after pulling out 10k from the teller names Mark with NO HASSLE OR ANY QUESTIONS. Avoid Guida and this branch at all costs. They don’t like coloured people with money, it makes them jealous.
