He is prompt to answer questions, thorough and goes out of his way to look after his clients. Lisa at Kirkham Insurance was great to work with. I was looking for new auto insurance and she found me a great option and walked me through the process of getting the insurance (there were extra steps because my vehicle is so old). I don't expect this firm to roll out the red carpet but as a long term customer I do expect the broker to work on my behave in trying to find the best affordable coverage. I found a cheaper company no thanks to the broker. I'm glad to get away from this firm.

Paul Ortega presented to us condo owners regarding insurance details specific to condos. I thought it was very well done. He’s a good presenter and can talk in lay mans terms per say. Rylan was amazing to work with! He answered all my questions and was responsive with emails and phone calls (my two preferred methods of communication). He gave me the options and went with the best one for my situation and was flexible to meet my insurance needs.I was insured in less than a week from first call to receiving my proof of insurance.10/10 would recommend and will use again in the future!

Such a great experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have been dealing with Paul Ortega for my policies and he is AMAZING!
