We have not bought or sold a house with Marilyn,but our son has worked with her on 3 sales of his homes. She goes the extra mile with clients and spares no expense when selling a property. She gave my son excellent advice on what he needed to do as well, in order to make his home the best that it could be for potential buyers.We gave her a referral earlier this year as our friends were selling and moving to Calgary. She was very patient with them as they had been in the house for over 45 years and we’re not always accommodating when potential clients wanted to view the property.Would definitely contact her when it is time for us to downsize.
