I just got back from getting my long overdue blood test and since this was my first time using this Alpha Lab, I was a little nervous. No need. The young lady was polite, friendly & professional. Finding a vein in my arm has always been extremely difficult but she persevered and was eventually successful. I will definitely go there again.
