Fine as far as Tims go. Only 1 flavour of tim bits so that was a little disappointing. Bathroom was a little dirty but not too bad.

I could hardly understand the gal that took my order.I had some questions about a menu item ( a bowl) and she could not really tell me. I ended up ordering chili. It was very watery. Had to ask for a spoon. Restaurant was very clean.

*picked up dropped cups off the floor and put them back on the stack*Terrible service.Slow to the counter.Slow to make order.Got our order wrong.Staff really rude: Apparently asking for a straw for your frozen lemonade is not allowed here.Washrooms gross and out of paper.

i can't believe no one is talking about how this tims makes you wait forever after taking your order in the drive through just because they want to keep the service time down, im sure they have an incentive to have low drive through times but instead of actually being quick they found a scam to be as slow as they want and still look fast. and they never enter it in the till so they mess up your order most times... worst tims in swift current. do not go here!

Waste of time. I was waiting 15min and they didn’t even start my order. I spoke to them, so they gave me 2 coffees instead of 4.If you have free hour feel free to spend it in queue.

I probably will never go to Tim’s again. I went to Tim’s yesterday to get the new maple bacon farmers wrap. And I finished it and as I was chewing my last bite I looked in the wrap box it comes in and there was a dead bug at the bottom. I honestly threw up all my food. Never ever had that happen at a fast food place. Health inspection definitely needs to go to this Tim’s and give this place a look around. So disappointed!! MacDonalds is the choice I will always choose now.

My partner and I regularly go to this Tim Hortons, have been for over two years. Lately the service has gotten slower and worse over the past month, for example; we’ve received RAW beef in not one but TWO craveables, we’ve been served BURNT coffee and on more than one occasion we’ve had to ask for spoons, missing food items, etc. as someone who has worked in the fast food industry and café industry, this is unacceptable to be treating polite loyal customers this way.
