Well its all changed... Theres a little woman that is very rude that works the cash register super rude. The gravy is nasty never made properly, they over hold the chiken and other products in the warming units for way too long. Its really gotten bad here.... seriously bad. 2pm may 3rd 2021.

Messed up my order and gave me the wrong sandwich, didn't notice til we were home, went back with the order and receipt and when I said there was a mistake, manager told me I was wrong, then went through his screen, saw it was supposed to be different, so told me the spicy and regular are the same, I said no, he said close enough, I asked if I should just post my receipt to KFC directly for some service from someone then, then opened my wrong sandwich then balled it up and whipped it in the garbage, then finally made a new one after his hissy fit. I'm done with this location.

If there is a way to do no star I would. My family ordered kfc it literally…could you not I thought my parents brought fish home well I was walking up the stairs. Then we phoned them JUST TO LET THEM NO. We didn’t even want a refund or anything but no they just kept denying saying it was all good we just changed the oil coming up with whatever excuses they could. So never again. We’ve been trying out other places.

The vibe of the place is really good. Customer service is friendly. The food was also warm and fingerr’ licking good. The renovation is also done now so best to eat there and enjoy the view.

The whole vibe bites from the poor customer service, poorly cooked chicken, brown lettuce, freezing cold restaurant lobby, and over priced food!For the price of a Zinger and Spicy Big Crunch, I should have purchased two chickens from the extra foods deli. Then I could also buy lettuce that wasn’t brown.I won’t be getting food from here again. Don’t waste your money folks!

The food wasn't very good at all I had the all Star meal the sandwich was 2 small Chicken tenders that were suppose to be spicy but had no flavor at all. The popcorn Chicken was like rubber and the 2 pieces of extra crispy wasn't crispy at all. The drink was flat. The only good thing was it was fast. Total waste of 12 bucks

Where to begin. Ordered successfully online, but when I arrived 25 minutes later they claim they never received the order. So I left to get a sceenshot sent to me of what I ordered...I would have just left altogether, but the food was already paid for via credit card.It was fairly busy, but I went up to the front after the worker was done with another customer to show her the order so they can start making the food already....but she demanded that I go back in line because there were other customers waiting.Needless to say wasn't very happy. Finally I received the food with zero apology or anything that showed a bit of remorse.This actually happened once before, where the online order never showed up" but the workers actually showed a bit of humility

They were rude and would noy accept my business because ibrefused to ware a mask even with an exemption. Will never orderbor eat from there again. Very poorpy trained staff and not very polite.
