I feel they both don't have much knowledge regarding patient's conditions. The staffs are rude and impolite and disrespectful to patients. Their faces appear that they are not willing to do anything for you.

The most rude and ill manner receptionist/ secretary ever. Especially the one who wear glasses. Often yell and shout at patients at the reception. She is so loud that everyone can hear patients medical condition and personal contacts. There is not privacy at all!!! The clinic should be reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

should be 0 review, yes both rudest secretaries I ever seen in my life, also they are so scare while patients come to the office so why the doctor have patients to visit of with normal report, they can talk over the phone, why bother .....

Dr. Kwan really cares about her patients! I feel comfortable talking to her about anything and she is proactive about investigating and following up on new symptoms. She makes all of her patients feel heard. The receptionists have always been good to me. They are efficient, they always do what they say they'll do, and they follow up!
