This place is a joke. Won't sell to you unless you have an HST #. Really.. an HST # to buy 4 bolts. What a waste of time. It's no wonder that place was empty. Do yourself a favour and head on over to Brafasco off Winston Churchhill and Dundas. They'll have what you need and sell it to anyone with cash.

Went to this place to find a screw and the only guy there was sitting down asking me if I have the right size of the screw I was looking for? I said no I’m looking for help he said sorry I can not help you!! Are you sure? Nobody can help me? No you have to know the size of the screw... I said to him I will do a good review for you thanks he said it’s fine go ahead!!!Worst Costumer service everThis place sucks

1 Star is too generous for this place!! Totally in shock as to how I was treated this morning!! Have never been treated like total garbage until walking into this place - the rudeness, ignorance and indifference was taken to another level - SHAME ON YOU FASTENAL!!!
