I used to work here a couple years ago and this place has fallen apart. My friends and I went here the other day out of all 4 of our orders, they got every single one wrong.I have heard horror stories about how people wait in the drive thru line for 20min, and if it hits closing time, someone will go out there and tell everyone to go home because they are closed. When i worked there, we always took people that were waiting in line even if we were closed.I willingly drive the extra 15 minutes to go to Marine City DQ. This place has fallen apart tremendously. You will NOT get what you ordered, just beware.

They need to get a adult in the stor or at the very least update there hour to be correct if you close at 830 on sunday it should be 830. Not turning off the lights at 755

Were standing in line for 30 minutes in the rain with our toddler only to be told they were out of ice cream. Not only that but they made sure to serve the drive thru first with a line of 20 people standing in front of the building. Very disappointing.

This is the THIRD time my Sundae has been so melted it looks like cereal. We live two blocks and it’s 75 degrees. The strawberry leaked all over and got tossed in the trash because who wants soup?. The last two times my mom has gotten the pineapple sundae it has been old pineapple sour fermented taste. This is why algonac can’t keep things in business.

Got a Sundae from here along with a foot long hotdog with everything on it. Sundae was okay buy not much of a value given price and volume you actually get. I personally think this specific Dairy Queen is more pricey than most due to it's location by the docks and frequent tourist visits.The Foot long hotdog was a much better deal and I enjoyed mine. My dad who was there eating too says he'd give his Hotdog 5 stars he liked it so much.I am more thinking 4 stars myself.

Although there dining room has been closed, the drive thru services have been good. The people that work there are doing their best to keep up with the large amount if drive thru customers. They are trying their best to keep up with the volume of customers. I would still give them 5 stars for their efforts to serve everyone in a timely matter!

The staff is always very friendly. I got the new puppy chow peanut butter blizzard and it was quite good.
