How could you be so rude. I am not residing in Canada but my first experience itself was so bad. Worst service. Impatient staff. Rude and ill-mannered. Ridiculous

Izzy is a magician! Does work in little to no time + leaves a smile on your face with his pleasant conversations. Helps when he can speak so many languages too! Amazing service and will always recommend.

Izzy is phenomenal!His fashion-forward eye for what alterations to make, where to make adjustments is always on point.Even a poorly made fast fashion dress can be saved by this wizard with a measuring tape. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible horrible customer service. If they can’t handle bit of busyness then they shouldn’t be in customer service business. Went in to get 3 of my pants length resized and one pant fully alteration. But when I asked prices, I was told something else and the lady was writing something else on the receipt. So I asked what was the extra price for and they got defensive saying u ask too much question. Don’t ask too much question as u can’t see we are busy. Both the male and the female were very very rude. There were other customers present there too. If I wanted I could have yelled back and cursed at them but I didn’t. All cause they were elder to me. But horrible horrible service. Can’t believe they can’t handle little bit of busyness. It was not like other customers were getting impatient and complaining. Everyone was waiting in line but still apparently I am not suppose to ask them question about the prices and other stuffs and take whatever they quote me or say to me. I will never be recommending this place to anyone and never going back to that place. Karma will come back and bite them and treat them the same they treated me. Horrible horrible place.

Izzy fixed the zippers of 2 pairs of jeans in less than 10 minutes, and graciously did it RIGHT before closing. Thanks so much Izzy!

Worst service , have no knowledge of what they are doing, ruined my clothes and not even ready to fix what they have done wrong, instead argue a lot , this couple has zero customer service

This place is professional, the work is top quality, and the customer service is out of this world! My son waited until a couple days before prom and his pants were way too small. The gentleman let the pants out 2 inches at the waist and seat in about 5 minutes while I waited! I also had the same pants hemmed 1 year ago on the spot in minutes which saved me a trip back!I definitely recommend!

I have been exclusively getting my alterations done here for 19 years. No matter how long I go between visits I am always greeted by name and they go above and beyond to alter my items beautifully and promptly. I even sent a friend there last week who needed a dress alterted asap and she couldn't believe how fast and kind they were to her. This isn't a massive operation, it's a husband and wife duo who work extremely hard to please their customer and take pride in their business. They are human. In 19 years I've never once had them speak badly to me, or see them be anything but kind to their customers (and I've been there when it's lined up with customers)-please do not allow the few odd ball negative reviews below to stop you from doing business with the best alternations shop in Durham!

Unprofessional.waste of money.i had heard that these guys dont work good but i see this today.ruined my clothes and showing me attitude that i have to pay again for their mistakes.i have wasted my 200$ worth of clothes.paid 40$ for uneven seems.
