Excellent service today. The boss allowed me borrow his phone, as I had forgotten my phone. I appreciate the act of kindness.

I had a nail in need of repair and they are close to my work. Lots of options for time. Salon is very clean and welcoming. Jessie did my fill and it is probably the best I’ve ever had. 100% will be back!

I recently moved nearby. I was looking to get my nails done for a trip.First encounter was great, they even accommodated to see me sooner than my appointment which was appreciated.I had showed them a picture of what I wanted and let her know that I wanted them short like the picture and that I wanted coffin shape. She ended up saying to me that I needed to make the length longer so she could create the shape. The owner was helping her do my nails and kept an eye on me and even helped her put the shellac.I started noticing that she kept leaving the length super long and I started worrying because it was definitely not looking like coffin. It looked squared shape but I thought she’d eventually fix it. I decided to ask her why it looked like square shaped and she said that’s what I wanted. I explained to her that I requested coffin.I was quite upset because the length of my nails were super long. Once the set was done, I told the owner about it and he said it was a coffin shaped. I showed all my girlfriends and everyone was confused about the shape as it was 100% not coffin.I ended up leaving super disappointed and with super long nails unable to work for a couple of days. I left a review on their survey and luckily the owner reached out to me to say that they would fix it for free no problem.The nail tech apologized, she had another nail techs helping her fix my nails. The second nail tech did an amazing job on the shape and off I went! They turned out exactly how I wanted them! I love them! I would definitely give them another shot.Thank you Danny for going above and beyond and reaching out to me!

I always have a great experience at this nail salon! It’s very clean, the nail artists are professional and kind. I booked for a last minute acrylic set today, and my nail artist was Ivy. She did an incredible job and she was so sweet. She took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect. If you like chrome (glazed donut nails), they have lots of different kinds to choose from. I’d definitely recommend :)

Friendly staff with quick and attentive service. Loved my nail artist(s) and would highly recommend. They do have a steady influx of walk-ins so booking an appointment ahead of time using their website would be a good idea although they are quick to accommodate as availability allows.

XO did an excellent job with my pedicure! I was very pleased with the attention to detail and the overall quality of work. The staff is friendly and do an excellent job maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene.

Ivy did an amazing job on my nails and was kind and gentle. She did a really great job with my request for nail art and rhinestones. She did an incredible job with meticulous attention to detail

Wow! My first time here and the service is incredible! Elsa did a great job on my nails, I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be using them as my new nail salon for my bi-weekly fills.

XO salon and spa never disappoints. There nails are always what I invision or even better. Today i got a fill and a pedicure done Krystal my nail tech really knocked it out of the park with this set. And so did May the lady who done my toes. Totally in love with the yellow flower on my ring finger. Absolutely love this place. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
