I have been a client with Vikki for over 15+ years, therefore with her at the beginning of A Lyrical Body. It is an extremely professional Pilates studio, with the best instructors providing extremely quality instruction. All instructors are Stott trained and have a very thorough knowledge of the Joseph Stott theory and instruction, as well, as their knowledge of the physical aspect of the body. They are compassionate towards an individuals limitations and injuries and are able to modify accordingly. Currently during the COVID lockdown, A Lyrical Body is offering ZOOM group/semi-private/private instruction. How is this possible? Because of the staff and instruction provided to clients previous to closing.....this allows the instructor to prepare classes to reflect the participant(s), as well as their history with the participants. The ZOOM classes are the next best thing to being in studio. It is a solid Pilates workout - nothing is overlooked. You won’t be disappointed iinthisthisinstudio.
