I am extremely grateful I learned of Colleen’s therapy for the symptoms I was experiencing. After doctor, chiro and massage appointments; my capacity for life at work and home was still greatly shrinking. At the first assessment Colleen gave me hope. Within 4 months of treatment and following through with the exercises she gave me each time, I feel like I have my life back, along with some effective tools, if I hit a bump again. Can’t say enough good about InFocus and Colleen’s therapeutics.

I had a great experience with InFocus rehabilitation. Dealing with vertigo is not easy, and Colleen helped me recuperate in a matter of days. She was a saviour! A very informative, attentive, gentle, and kind person. She knows and understands her work really well, and remained incredibly professional. She even came on her day off to help me with my vertigo. I am so thankful for her, and highly recommend Colleen and the clinic.

Colleen was beyond helpful in my journey to recovering from a concussion. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very kind during each appointment. I would recommend anyone to go to her for help with vestibular and/or concussion based symptoms!

Colleen has been our angel since my son Stefan started going to his physio about three years ago. She is the only one who has helped my son with his vertigo. I can’t say enough about her expertise and patience and knowledge! I very highly recommend her to anyone who needs any type of treatment for athletes or anyone who needs help with physio. I learned about your clinic from a friend who had a problem with Vertigo. I went to the Cambridge clinic and met Colleen. She is a very pleasant lady, who helped me with my vertigo problem. I found her very pleasant to talk with and she certainly knew what she was doing. After a handful of visits, I am no longer dizzy and my balance is much better. Colleen sure is an asset to your clinic; she was friendly, easy to talk with and knew her plan to make me better.

I had injured my rotator cuff muscles and loss strength and mobility from my dominant arm 6 months earlier and thought it would heal on its own, but the pain got worse and so did my ability to do basic things like taking off my coat. I had gone to another physiotherapist without much success and than I met Colleen from Infocus. She is so personable, friendly and made me feel at ease. She accessed me and worked with me to get me back to full mobility. I can now say the pain is gone and it was all due to a great physiotherapist. I won’t go to anyone else. I was suffering from shoulder pain and my sister told me to see Colleen because she’s the best physiotherapist she’s ever been to. I’ve been to other physiotherapists in the past for other issues but I didn’t find they made much of a difference since they mostly watched me do exercises with a bit of hands on work, so I wasn’t expecting anything different from Colleen. Boy was I wrong! Colleen did such a thorough intake, asking lots of questions to understand how I’m feeling and what I could be doing to cause the pain. She then did physical tests to see how my shoulder was moving (or lack thereof!). I love that she explains what she’s thinks could be causing the pain and what can be done to help relieve it. Colleen does a lot of hands on work to my shoulder to get it moving properly again and she shows me how to do exercises at home to strength it and what I should avoid doing that could be making it worse. She even emails me the exercises so I have them for reference. I can’t thank Colleen enough and she’s worth the 1 hour drive for me to go see her! Thank you Colleen!!!

Colleen is very kind and knowledgeable! I have had issues with my TMJ for years and was finally referred for some physiotherapy treatments. Thank God I was! Colleen is not only extremely helpful in releasing tension and pain, but she shows you how to maintain that relief yourself. I no longer have headaches or migraines, my jaw pain is completely manageable with my self release exercises AND my clenching/grinding has improved immensely! Colleen is the BEST in the bizz!
