My experience there WAS AND IS AMAZING!!! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and they speak English so you don’t feel like an outsider!!! They are beautiful, English is WELL spoken! They are just so welcoming, they ALSO CATER TO MENNNNN!!! They need nice looking nails too!!!Paris Nails is my HOOK!!Lynn SYMONDS

Very unprofessional. Tina did my nail extension and gel polish and it looked so amateur. The nails were bumpy and uneven and all nails were filed to different shapes. She wasn’t even giving attention to the work she was doing. She was talking to someone in phone the whole time she did my nails. I got drained when I saw the flower she drew on my nails, even a child can draw better.When I told her about this, she told me to come the next day to fix it. But since I was not from the town I said I can’t make it. Then she started losing it and raised her voice on me saying that the salon is so busy and she’s not able to do anything. She even charged me in full. So pathetic service I’ve ever received. Not at all recommended.

Just wow ..I made an appointment, I got there sat for 30 minutes. After some time , Tina came to me and she said , Kelvin or Mary will come talk to you. The guy come to me and said , can you come back tomorrow, I said but am already here. I asked Tina , is that so and she said talk to the other guy, you better listen, wow . So you just let me sit there for 30 minutes only to tell me come back tomorrow?Why didn’t you just say , come back tomorrow? Imagine my gas, my time , all that she just didn’t care. Like how can you do that to a person and not even apologize? This place is literally the worst.So disappointed. I guess they make a lot of money and they don’t care about anyone else.

The guy who did my nails was really quick and they look great! Very good growth and retention. Only issue was the other nail techs standing around and watching. Feels like they’re in your personal space and potentially distracting the person doing your nails. Good price $50 for full set! Will try again! Hopefully it is the same nail tech.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now, but unfortunately, my recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I had booked an appointment the day before, but when I arrived, Tina, the owner, was dismissive and insisted I booked for another time slot. This was frustrating as I had taken the time to call ahead and schedule a time.To make matters worse, I had to wait an hour past my appointment time before starting my nails. This has been a consistent issue during my visits, and it's frustrating to have to wait so long every time.Although some of Tina's staff do a good job, her terrible customer service has made me reconsider whether I want to continue going to this salon. It's important to feel valued and respected as a customer, and unfortunately, Tina's behavior has made me feel the opposite.Overall, I would not recommend this nail salon to others. While some of the staff are good at their jobs, the poor customer service and long wait times overshadow the positives
