I had an amazing experience at this source, and the staff overall are very kind and knowledgeable! Impeccable customer service! Jugal was great helping me set up a new phone! He helped me find the best option for my phone plan, he was extremely patient with me, and found me a better plan than I even had in mind! I was so pleased with his service!

My experience today was 10/10. Went in to just look and left with a brand new TV all thanks to their wonderful employee Gage. He answered every question I asked with a smile and went above and beyond for me. His customer service was excellent and he’s a great employee. I will continue to do my shopping here and recommend it to everyone.

After spending over 3 hours in 2 other stores and totally dissatisfied with their service I went into The Source in Leduc Common. I was immediately welcomed by Spencer and after he inquired about my needs introduced me to his manager. I bought both a new phone with an excellent 2 year plan and then a tablet. They helped me switch over my phone and were very helpful to answer my questions. I will go back to this store and recommend them to my friends and family.

I went to inquire about headphones and a laptop. Meagan was very informative and super friendly. It made me feel like I’d known her for years. She was helpful without being pushy. Meagan is someone who is truly good at her job. She was thorough and told me about all of the current deals and provided recommendations on products. I successfully found the products I needed. This was a very pleasant experience. If you want help from someone who is friendly, honest, and genuinely cares about you, go see Meagan, you will not be disappointed!

Amanda and Megan were both fantastic at getting my phone going. It was time consuming and generally just a pain, 2 different visits in a week and both ladies were great with me.!!!

G.Wedman and Jerome... excellent customer service. Gave us info on upcoming deals and sales. Hands down the best experience I've had at a source. Absolutely recommend hitting them up for any tech shopping. Gaming or cellular. Thanks gents.
