Sharon Clark is without a doubt the best realtor I've ever dealt with. I've bought and sold numerous homes over the years and have never had the pleasure of having a realtor who was as responsive as Sharon and 100% kept my best interests at the forefront when looking for a house to purchase.The housing market was crazy during the three months that I was searching for a house. Houses were selling the day they were listed, and for above asking price. My work schedule was equally as crazy. One area where Sharon really shone was that she was willing to go look at a house for me, call and give me a video tour when I wasn't able to get there in person. This took a lot of stress off me. She was so organized; remembered details when I forgot them, had me set up on auto-emails so I could see new listings as soon as they came out, and managed to get us into houses for viewings in a quick manner always by making herself available and switching her schedule around if it worked better for me.I never for a second felt pressure from Sharon to purchase something that I didn't have a good vibe with. In fact it was the opposite; she was quick to point out any deficiencies in a house that were things she knew I would find to be an issue.If anyone in Regina is ever looking for a realtor, I would suggest hiring Sharon Clark if you want someone who will make you feel comfortable, greet you with a smile always, work within your parameters and make your transaction as seamless as possible.Thank you, Sharon. Sharon Clark's professionalism and honesty are the qualities I admire her the most. Being a first-time home buyer/owner, I didn't know much about the real estate markets. She helped find a house which is very convenient and near to our workplace. Although I couldn't decide which house to purchase at that time when we narrow down the choices into two. She gave me some thought about the pros and cons on both houses which led me to choose on the right house. She was really patient and even helped me find a mortgage advisor.
