Savage's Bicycle Center

Staff is good and friendly and I have overall liked the experience every time I have been in there. I just visited yesterday and had some questions calmly answered about bike racks.So when I bought by bike last year, I was told that I can get one free tune-up every year. Keeping that in mind, I visited and left my bike there yesterday for a general tune-up, not really any major problems (just a slight adjustment was needed in some chain angle), because I knew I can get it done for free once a year and it's probably a good idea to maybe just have some greasing done. Then I went to pick it up today (after they called me) and assumed I'll not be paying anything. However, to my surprise, the guy who delivered my bike asked me to pay some $$s for the work done. I countered, saying I have one complimentary service per year, but he said it's not the case, it's only for the first year". What??? No! That's not what I was told when you sold me the bike.Please note - the guy was nice

Walked into this place a long while back curious about prices for their bikes, and right away the attitude I was met with made me feel like I was just wasting their time, so I left not even 3 minutes later. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth about not just the shop, but the hobby in general, and I never considered getting a bike from anywhere after that.I expected more from a small business, especially for something that costs several hundred dollars. But I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm sure they're knowledgeable on their subject, and the location is good.

Had a great customer service experience today at Savage's Bicycle Center. Called about getting a flat tire fixed, we stopped in a short time later and they fixed it very quickly. We took it home, only to have another flat within a few seconds of riding it. They took it in again did a more extensive repair and didn't charge us for the extra work. This was all completed while we waited in the shop. The fast service and friendly staff will likely mean a return trip for this family.

Always great costumer service as soon as you walk in the door. There is always someone ready and happy to serve you for any bike needs, and if you aren’t sure on what exactly you are looking for the staff are engaging in conversation and find answers to any questions you have. Not to mention, they can’t be beat on quality. All repairs and items sold in store are sturdy and reliable parts. At the end of the day you don’t want to have your bike spend more time in the shop then on the road.These guys make sure that your bike is ready to go day in and day out!! Can’t thank them enough for their services and hospitality!

The only place I go. I arrived in Fredericton in May 2019 and conveniently live nearby. I saw the sale one day and bought everything I needed to start riding that day. The staff were helpful then and they are very helpful every time I go back. I went back for all my other accessories as well as studded tires, so I could continue to ride during the winter. They also offer tips and answer any questions you may have about riding.

Such friendly folks! They dealt with all of my very janky bike issues with minimal judgement and at an exceptional price. Was able to roll away much happier (and safer) while having to listen to far fewer random clicking sounds

I had the best experience with buying my new Bike with Savage's! Matt showed exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted and with ease! I wont use any other shop before I check Savage's for now on!
