I used this company to carpet my office which is about 1500 square feet. They used carpet tile. The installers used way too much glue in many areas and many small areas had to be replaced later as the glue came up along the seams and then the areas discolored. It took a few months for them to complete the carpet baseboards and replace the discolored areas from the glue. After a few more months, another area became very discolored along a seam from excess glue coming up. I have sent multiple emails and text messages to the owner and his office manager(who I think is his wife) with no responses. After repeated attempts and giving them lots of time to respond, I have now decided to submit this review. I believe they are intentionally avoiding responding to me. Very poor customer service.

We have used Ren's Flooring twice to install hardwood stairs and hardwood flooring. Stellar workmanship by both installers. The owner checks in to monitor the quality of the work. We will definitely call this company to install more hardwood floors as we continue with our home renovations.

Terrible driver. Sitting in the fast lane with trucks passing on the right. Would never want to do business with someone so disrespectful.
