I was connected with Advisorly after the sudden passing of my mom. I had known I would be the executor of her estate, but we didn't know she would be gone so soon. I had a lot of digging to do to figure out who I needed to reach out to to do all the stuff". I didn't know where to start until I was connected with Tricia at Advisorly to work through the Executor's tool kit. We had a phone meeting to go through what I needed to find. I gathered information and sent it along. Tricia prepared binder of exactly all of the letters I needed for agencies I hadn't thought of. She came to me at my convenience. Jeremy May (owner and funeral director of Elements/Advisorly) was initially referred to us by our Couples for Christ (CFC) friend Homer Reyes. His sincere concern and empathy while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism and exercising his expertise and knowledge during a very difficult in our families' lives will forever be remembered. He personally saw us through to every step of the way considering we were pretty clueless on how to navigate through our father's sudden death from the beginning until the end i.e. embalming and storage of the body, funeral services (same day viewing and mass), witness cremation and inurnment . No detail was too big or too small for him and he 100% made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. Also he made sure that the death certificate and body is properly stored until the coroner released it just in time even though there was a huge backlog due to the recent rise of deaths during the heat wave. I personally highly recommend him in handling all of the funeral services especially to the Filipino and CFC community.

No one phoned back

VERY disappointed in this company. We needed assistance for my dad and I contact the company, spoke to someone and then tried to get in contact with them again: via phone and email NOTHING. I finally was able to speak with the owner on a Friday and he promised someone would be in contact by that Monday at noon. Well, it has been over a week and NOTHING. Very disappointing.
