Having never looked forward to renewing my Driver's Licence in person, the staff at the Amherstburg Service Ontario office changed my mind. Very friendly and highly professional people who made the experience both pleasant and quick.

Bring a camera to record you're experience. The manager Debbie is crazy and got in my face screaming at me. I thought I was going to get assaulted. Should not be an employee there anymore

Do you hate going to renew your license plates or driver's license? Of course you do, it's a big happy birthday bill from the government.That being said there is no better place to pay this bill then here. The friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a service Ontario, and the most efficient by far. You can actually get in and out of here in a super reasonable amount of time. It's worth driving here from Windsor even.

Horrible customer service. Three very rude women talked down to me because I asked why the price went up. It was due to back pay for COVID19 extended plates. All three women decided they would rudely respond at once saying everyone has to back pay". I was only speaking with one of the women but all three had incredibly bad attitudes and decided I was attacking them. I usually go to this location because of speed but I guess all ServiceOntario locations have rude customer service."
