My trailer was robbed while at this facility,10 hours after a number of other trailers were robbed.Their website claims that the facility has after hours monitoring and security response, but no one was aware that my trailer was robbed until 4 days after the fact,even though it was all recorded on camera. A breached access gate was left unsecured for 5 days after the first robbery. Photos of breached access gate attached. My initial detailed review was mysteriously removed.

The whole set up process was so easy. I have an indoor unit and it is very easily accessible when I want to swap out seasonal items.The staff was so helpful with ALL of my questions and very patient.Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I was looking last minute to store a car before winter and pocket self storage helped me out big time. Customer service was 10/10 and they made the process very easy which relived a lot of stress. I would highly recommend this location as it is a gated compound and you can access it 24/7 if needed.
