Waiting for the part was the biggest hurdle, but the staff at the office kept me up to date on the situation. The serviceman was extremely kind and professional. I would recommend uplifting to anyone.

Uplifting this service is not! Was quoted very high for my repair estimate, and it seemed off, got the impression that I was being swindled. Was charged for the call regardless, called another company and they fixed the unit for less than half of what the tech from uplifting quoted me.

Zack was at my home to diagnose the issue with my oven. He ordered the parts needed, called when he was on his way to fix the parts ordered and he was prompt. He took his time to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. He’s was really professional and he cleaned after himself. I will definitely use the company again.

Technician spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue and then repaired the dishwasher. He was extremely thorough and professional! Well worth the charge!

Zahi was very prompt to turn up, determine and repair my employers automatic garage door and dryer. He has since also reprogrammed my home garage door. I found Zahi and his team to be reliable, friendly, quick to respond and get the job done right.

Nice people to interact with, but not nice price for me. Invoice not itemized, charged me $300 for 1 hour work, no parts needed.Is diagnosis, general cleaning and defrosting a frozen fan really worth $300 an hour? Nope. Should I have told them to leave after diagnosis and did it myself? ...maybe.Initial quote was over 300, until I complained and took off some price. This is why I only give 3 star. On phone they said they wave the service fee if I go ahead with repair. So literally charged me $300/h on labour as far as I can tell.I still say service was excellent, but price was not fair. I will clean under my fridge more often now to prevent future issues. If I unplugged my fridge for 1 day and plugged it back in...this would have melted the ice build-up inside, and saved me $300.To owner: I will update to 3 star if you give me some decent explanation please, or 4 star for refund fair amount.

Uplifting was incredibly responsive and professional. Our garage door spring snapped and I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. The service was quick, thorough, and reasonably priced. I’ll be calling them next time an appliance or door breaks.

My dryer had no heat. Called Uplifting 11am.I was told they would be there between 12 and 3.At 12:15 Reg was at my door, 1/2 hour later dryer was fixed and reg was gone. Prompt and professional. Being on an acreage is always a wait all day for repairs ordeal. Not today. I now have a new go to repair to call for my appliances. Thankyou for your awesome service.

Zach provided prompt and efficient service. He came within a half hour of our phone call, diagnosed the problem effectively, and ordered parts that came within a matter of days. We were extremely happy with his repair work and were very impressed by his professional and friendly service throughout our contact with him. My fridge died and I called Uplifting Appliances Repair. I got next day service. Reg showed up at my door and was in and out within 20 minutes. Very professional. Figured out my issues quicky. Reasonable price too. I would definitely recommend using them.
