So pleased with Kevin's help ..with transferring my home phone onto virgins hub..a lot of work went into that. He also got my new phone set up and taught me how to use it.He has lots of patience..very easy to talk to and his explanations are great.

I had a great experience at this location today. Shaun was friendly, knowledgable and great with helping me switch to virgin mobile and set up my new phone. i was in and out in an hour very happy with my new phone and plan!

Went to Virgin Plus in Chilliwack Mall 3 times over the last couple of weeks while trying to decide what phone and plans I needed (looking at pricing for 2 lines, with new phone(s) or without) Shaun was amazing and super helpful!! He is very knowledgeable and explained my options including writing it all down, he answered all my questions (sometimes repeatedly) with respect and no pressure to commit!! Plus I got the best plan offered from all the other services!! Thankyou Shaun, best customer service experience in a long time!!

Shaun went above and beyond to help me get the phone I was looking for after having a cancellation of an order from Virgin Mobile online. Shaun and Jared were both incredibly helpful - hands down the best customer service I've ever had. If you're looking for a phone, go talk to these guys - they're amazing! :)
