Checker Capital Deliveries

They are always great when I call. A bit expensive then when I used to get them but sometimes it's worth it when I want a delivery! Awesome company and workers!

Waited an hour called capital and they told me that it was just picked up. This is insane, they used to be so speedy and fast. One star if I could give it a zero rating I would have.

Some of the drivers demand tips. And have it entered in before they hand Debit machine to you. That is one way for you not to get a tip from me.

On Boxing Day at 10:01 am, I called SDM on Prospect Street to inquire if a prescription had been filled & was ready for pick-up.The pharmacist confirmed it was ready & could be delivered after 2:00 pm, free of charge.As it was Boxing Day, SDM was operating under holiday hours, only being open until 6:00 pm.At 5:30 pm, when the prescription still hadn't been delivered, I called SDM and I was informed that Checker/Capital Delivery still hadn't picked up the package, even after 3 phone calls to their dispatch team.The pharmacist confirmed that if Checker/Capital Delivery didn't come before the store closed at 6:00 pm, that she would personally deliver the prescription.It was wonderful that the pharmacist offered to do this for us, it would have been up and beyond her call of duty, a testament to her work ethic & compassion.Six o'clock came and went with no delivery and no further option to follow-up on the status of the prescription.At 8:39 pm, a car pulled into the driveway, a lady came to the door with the prescription and I asked her if she worked for SDM, and she confirmed she worked for Checker/Capital Delivery.It took Checker/Capital Delivery 6 1/2 hours to deliver a package that is an 8 minute drive away!!It's evident that the Taxi/Delivery services in Fredericton need to take a serious look at the level of customer service they're NOT providing.There's clearly an opportunity for a reliable & prompt Ride Share/Delivery service to break into the market here in Fredericton and be quite lucrative.Customer Service is ALL we're requesting; either provide it or step aside and let Uber show you how it's done!!

Always fast and friendly, even in a storm

They were friendly, patient, brought my heavy cargo right to my room. All in all, I'd give them a 5 except, on sunday nights and u need to make it to the Hanwell they could take an hour.

Currently waiting on a delivery going on 1.5 hours. When I phoned in to find out an ETA after an hr of waiting they told me driver had picked up my order but was busy dropping off to other clients and would eventually get to me.First of all.. am I getting a discount on delivery for my order/ package ride sharing?... Probably not. Did you provide any information indicating there would be a longer than usual wait? Definitely not.Just cancelled order after giving your company another 25 minutes.Being greedy is a great way to lose customers.#anotheronebitesthedust

I use them alot .... I'm 15 minutes drive out of town and anytime I have call I have my order in 30 minutes... Only once was it longer, but roads were not the good either, very polite drivers

Just used this service for the first time. My delivery was serviced by a gentleman who wasted absolutely no time in getting to me. I wish I knew his name so I could recommend he get a raise. Kind and professional. I'll be ordering from him specifically (if possible) again soon!
