Customer service is rude and unfriendly, very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend, go elsewhere

I'd occasionally buy cat food from here and thought it was a nice store with a nice staff. My cat injured his tail and after the trip to the vet things just seemed to spiral. I came in and they went way out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to take care of him. He's now as happy as ever since before he was injured. They truly care about the animals here and I can't explain just how much their help meant to me. I plan on supporting this store for as long as it's open and you should too

I had the most absolutely amazing experience at this store! It was my first time going to this place and my appearance was especially awful that day but I was treated with the utmost respect!! The owner/manager (I’m not really sure which she was, apologies!) was incredibly knowledgeable!! The worker on the floor that helped me first helped me as best as her knowledge could. She never recommended me anything she wasn’t 100% sure of! This place definitely DOES NOT prioritize sales over the health of your pet! They are the most welcoming and helpful I’ve ever met! The worker and owner answered every question I had!! Even the “dumb” questions!! Their owner/manager even ordered me a FURminator brush specially for my short hair cat! I can’t express how comfortable they made me with my social anxiety! I talked for ages at the main floor worker and they never rushed or complained at me!! MAKE SURE to ask about their rewards program as it’s free, super quick, and not to mention easy to set up!! It’s also very profitable and I’ve only been there once! If you feed your dog/cat raw or even just wanna pick out some toys with your furry friend this is THE place!! I’ll be going back for all my specialty feline and canine needs! My only critique of this facility is that the isles could be wider for wheelchair, cane, and crutch users! As well as some spots to sit and rest. Most places of shopping don’t offer these but those are really the only improvements I would personally make to this store! It’s a perfect place to indulge your animal or find that specialty item without feeling guilty!!

Was at the Bone and Biscuit in St Albert at the Jensen Lake store. I just love going there and so does Gracie my shiatzu. She runs up to the girls for treats. She knows she’s going to get one there even if Mom has her on a diet. They are so good to Gracie and always help me take my heavy bags out to the car. They are wonderful!

Such an amazing addition to St. Albert! Definitely one of the top two pet stores we have here in the city! The staff are all SO friendly and always put their customers first! There are always sales or good deals, they support local and have such a great range of products! Love shopping here!!

The owner is amazing. She has a lot of love and passion for what she dose. She love talking about dog and is educated on the products she sells. I love how the store is full of products that are better for your dog. Suprising the prices are far and not that much different from big box stores. We can feet our 2 dogs a raw diet for $12 a week. Really can't ask for much more. Thank you for helping keep our little kiwi healthy.
