Honest people, Tanveer came and took care of us. Very well done work. We have called him back on multiple occasions for different pests. Great prices, great service, would highly recommend them.

Promise Pest Control has been exceptionally effective at managing and removing various pests at numerous rental units and properties we own. They are helpful, timely, and professional everytime.

We were seeing carpenter ants indoors and outside our place due to some construction in our backyard. Tanveer came out and did a spray for both indoors and outdoors. We also got the smoking done for the spiders in our basement. It has been a month and I haven't seen any carpenter ants, bugs or spiders indoors. We did see a reduction in carpenter ants outside; however, we were still seeing more than usual. Tanveer came out and did a follow up spray as part of the warranty work (no additional cost) this time with stronger medication to target the carpenter ants again outside. Since the follow up spray I have seen a significant decrease in carpenter ants outside as well. What I liked the most about his services was that his price was reasonable, he coordinated and was on time, seemed to use the latest equipment, and stood by the warranty of his work. Going forward we are planning to have Tanveer come out for a seasonal spray every year.
