Price was average... Poutine was good shakes were okay... Burgers were not hot tasted generic. Could have made them at home better at home in the microwave. Sorry will NOT be back here and DONT APPOLOGIZE AND TELL ME TO FILL OUT A SURVEY...

This restaurant is just as bad as before it was renovated. I used to go to Harvey’s at least once a week. Had a cheesy mushroom burger last week from Chestermere, it was awesome. Just went through 36 Street drive through , Ordered a double cheesy mushroom with lettuce, tomato and pickle on side. Oops sorry forgot that! And a single cheese extra mustard and extra pickle. No mustard and one slice of pickle. Why do we tell you our request at the microphone if you are going to ignore us. And then at the window sat for 10 minutes watching my burgers under the heat lamp waiting for deep fried pickles. And it was 7 p.m. and no-one in drive through other than me. Also they messed up an order just before they closed for renovations. I got a message that they would give me a new combo next time. Next time I went they were closed. When I asked the first time I went after they opened, they didn’t keep any records of it. After this order I will probably go to Chestermere although it is 30 minutes away compared to 5.

I have been going to Harvey's since my youth. There was only 4 or 5 of them at the time. Always loved the char broiled taste, not all Harvey's are good at it. But most are. The fries are home grown style cut like in the old days, (50 years ago) not quite as good due to health rules but soaked in water before frying always made the fries the best. All the Quebec food trucks did this to their fries and they tasted awesome!The Angus burgers haven't been the best for the char broiled taste lately I think because they are thick. I have the same problem with thick burgers on my BBQ at home. But what a good double burger!Over all Harvey's and Swiss Chalet are my favorite fast food places. The chalet service is fast, but the food is sit down quality. More and more locations are both, so try the ribs and the beef over at the Swiss.At Harvey's adding your own choice of toppings really helps the burgers be what you want!I have mostly not been disappointed.

I love Harvey's food because you get choices. But I did not enjoy this location. The salad sucked. It barely has any real lettuce in it. Very un appetising. N fyi guys those little packets of sauces do expire. Not a fan of this location.

Drive thru. Check your orders. Second time I've paid for sides that weren't in the bag. Ripping customers off. Train your staff to look at the order before they hand it to the customer. Didn't notice til I got home. Thieves!

I went in to Harvey's at 525 36 St NE, Calgary, AB T2A 6K3 today to grab lunch and this is what I was given. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were gross, so I chose to go without both toppings. I threw out the entire combo and left and went to Wendy's instead as I was absolutely disgusted after seeing what I bit into. I am usually very satisfied with this location, but it must be under new ownership or something because today they definitely missed the mark. I definitely will never be going back there.

Very slow , you'll see ten employees but it takes them long to prepare an order. They are in the same building as Swiss Challet but service wise, harvey's very slow and unprofessional

Not sure if the owner/gm sees these, but Manpreet at the drive through is an awesome employee, she was polite and patient, made everything fresh without us even asking, and didn’t miss anything we asked for. Above all else, her smile and positive attitude turned such a simple interaction into a great experience. Great work Manpreet!
