Landmark Hotel

I called the front desk to extend our stay and the lady said I guess so . And the maids didn't clean our room after I told them twice. Once before 11 am the second time was after 12 noon and it was the same person. And the restaurant I had asked for coffee my spouse asked for tea they brought two coffees the waitress argued saying it was hot water but me and my spouse smelled both cups and I know we both weren't wrong. Usually there pretty good just not this visit . But I'll still be a returning customer and hope for the best in our next visit

I would never stay here again! Did not feel safe at all! We did not sleep, was up the whole night scared so many sketchy people! Checked out at 5am, by far the worst hotel I have ever gone to! There are definitely things going on here that are not ok!

Won't be staying here again, didn't feel welcomed.The amount of Wanderers and loiterers out front should have been my first red flag!Many rooms still smoking I didn't get a huge scent in my room but you could definitely get in the hallway. Seems like there's a decent number of people that are living in the hotel for I don't know more than your average stay hotel type stay!Which is too bad because the pool area has a lot of potential but everything else drags it down drastically.Don't even try calling you go through and it's a headache just if you're going here show up don't try to call it's not worth the time. But Ill being staying else where in town if I go though again

The BEST Pet friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. We had pool side room with a shared pool with a hot tub. You'll have a chance to go for dinner (or room service) head down for a game of pool and/or watch a game on one of their 4 diffrent TV's. The wings are amazing. Let's not forget the LCBO, No Frills, Dollarama, TD and BMO bank, a highly rated hairdresser/barbershop, Burger King, Tim Horton's. Across the street Safeway, a pharmacy, a clinic and Frank's Pizza restaurant, a pet store. Also Walmart (YOU DO NOT get paid for doing a cashiers job. ONLY if you bring CASH you get full service from the PAID workers) I'm sure I've missed a couple stores.

For families only. Non stop noise from children from sun up to sun down. Barking of dogs and yelling will keep you up at night.Halls and rooms smell of cigarettes and marijuana even in a “non smoking” room. It’s coming from the vents.Rooms are reasonably large but aging and in poor repair.Staff were concise and friendly.

This is a VERY noisy place to stay. No sound proofing was even attempted when it was built. Doors slam, people talk loudly, you hear your neighbors, kids race around yelling to the pool and back at all hours! Pool never seems to be closed. I had a non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarette. Probably due to the lady chain smoking in the parking lot sitting right outside my door. She was frightening. Also, the tub faucet leaked and soaked the bathroom floor (rm 115), there were dead bugs in the sink, and there was a drawer missing from the nightstand. All things considered, it was the best price I could find and they allowed my small dog. It is easy to find and is a great location for those traveling through.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. I was so excited to stay here with the kids from the pictures. It has the ability to be the perfect spot. It wasn't clean, the smell was horrible, the pool was disgusting. There was total chaos and people everywhere. However, the staff were friendly. We did not end up staying the night and checked back out the first 30 minutes.

It's a work in progress but sometimes we have to go look for the cleaner cause it's been all day without getting the things we need and we clean our own room too lol when we stay here long enough it's just being an honest opinion the cleaners must be able to know who stays and who goes they should go to the stays first cause most of the time they just need towels and coffee get those easy ones off the way first then go do their cleaning. It's feels like home to me to be honest I had three of my kids here
