PJC Jean Coutu

Typical franchise store I rarely visit since there's another location closer to home but they offer extended hours a nice thing when your a parent with young kids that are always sick during winter.

Mon enfant et son amie étaient dans le magasin pour acheter des articles et elles se sont fais suivre durant tous le temps qu'elle magasinais. Supposément parce qu'elle pourrais voler et que les dames qui travaillaient là n'avais pas confiance. Je trouve cela très inapproprié de ne pas laisser la liberté à nos jeune dans les magasin.

Très mauvais service a la clientèle. Cela fait plusieurs fois que moi et mes amis nous rendons dans cette pharmacie. La première fois, les commis nous on demandés de sortir si nous n'achetions rien ( nous avions des produits et autres dans les mains). La deuxième fois, aujourdhui, à peine arrivé dans le magasin nous nous sommes fait demander si nous achetions tous des articles très bêtement. Par la suite, une commis nous survaillais et nous suivait comme si nous allions nécessairement voler, car nous somme étudiantes et finalement en arrivant au caisse pour acheter nos articles, la caissiere était super bête avec nous quand nous étions de bonne humeur. Il faudrait à un moment arrêter de penser que tous les étudiants vol nos sac à dos étais au caisse à l'avant du magasin, nous n'avons jamais crier dans le magasin et nous ne dérangeons personne. Dons selon moi très mauvais service a la clientele, mais seulement si vous êtes étudiants

The lady in the cosmetics section took a lot of time to explain most of her products to me and recommend which would be best for my needs. Very good service!

I was in PJC Caroline Paré & Robert Paré870, boulevard Périgny Chambly.And I had a very disappointing experience in the photo service center. They were unprofessional and (Le commis responsable) was unhelpful and irresponsible.We were a family of 4 taking the passport photo for all of us. I didn’t like the photo of my kid. even the kid himself was very disappointed and not satisfied of his photo because his hair was covering his front and unequal from both sides that is altering his appearance .and when I asked them to retake it he (le responsable) refused unless I pay the full amount again since it meets the criteria (in his opinion)This usually doesn’t happen in many other photo centers even in other PJC they accept to retake the photo if you don’t accept it , they even usually ask you if you are OK with it before they proceed.I am really unhappy with this experience and might switch to a more accommodating pharmacy if no action has been taken that guarantee my rights and satisfaction as a customer.Thanks
