Hot Nails

Terrible, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I have never written a negative review as my time is more valuable than bashing a business but this one deserves it. Went to this place with my aunt, as we walked in there was only one worker working with a customer. We picked out our colours and sat on the couch, waited 15 minutes until the worker even acknowledged us. She stopped doing the lady’s nails and went on the phone, started yelling in their language. About 10 minutes later 2 other workers strolled in. One of those workers took me to sit down and the other one took my aunt all the way on the other side of the room when there were chairs right beside me. They both separated us when we wanted to sit together even though the whole place was empty. The lady that was doing my nails seemed like she had never painted a nail in her life. I had previous black shellac nail polish on from a couple weeks prior to this from another nail salon. She started using nail polish remover but the old polish wasn’t coming off, she then moved to using a regular nail file to grind down my old polish - as she was doing this she was scraping the edges of my skin around my actual nails which left marks. The whole time she was doing this I was thinking to myself “when will she get the common sense of using the dremel to take it off?”. She had a questionable expression on her face the whole time she was filing my nails down, I asked for her to cut down all the nails to the same size as my index finger as that one broke off a few days ago, she ignored me and just filed all them down instead of cutting them so all the nails ere different sizes still. Then she started using the cuticle cutter and she managed to cut me really bad that bled like crazy. Of course I reacted when it happened and she didn’t even apologize, she kept working away letting it bleed! At this moment I was for sure going to get up and leave. Afterwards she went over each nail with more nail polish remover to get rid of the dust from filing and she then went over the nail that was bleeding which stung really bad, again no apology when I reacted. She started paining my nails even though there was still leftover paint spots from my previous polish. As she was painting the one worker who was there originally came in and took over; she was very aggressive pulling my hands towards and away from her, she then tried to file the old paint down just like how the other worker tried but again wasn’t working. She then went to choose a totally different/darker shade of red that I had originally picked out to see if it would mask the old polish they couldn’t get off. I was so ready to leave, I let her finish, paid the price of $15 for a manicure and didn’t tip as it wasn’t deserved. I felt like just leaving without even paying it was so bad. Do not go here, terrible, terrible.

I went almost for closing time, but the kind ladies working there took their time to so my nails. Very fair price. The service was awesome. This will be my to go nail place. I loved it. Thank you ladies

We just moved to this area. Went in for a biogel refill. There was only one lady in the salon. She said she has been doing nails for over 20 years, I figured she was good at her job. I sat down, told her we were new here and that I was looking for a new place to go regularly. she barely said 2 words to me (way to win me as a new client). The product she used was not good, my nails started peeling off only a few days later. I will not be going back, so disappointing.

Me and my friend went in there this morning, the two greated us right away. Ive been to nail solons all my life and I've never done a review for one but this place deserves a review. They were so fast and so funny . They really knew what they were doing in regrads to knowing all the names of the diffrent shape of nails. He was so precise on how the nails loooked and how to make them look prettier and they were both very knowledgable when showing me lengths of my nails and her painting my actual nails so so beautifully and she even went over and beyond in being amazing by finding two similar colours to what i chose but to help make my nails look absolutley perfect instesd of apply to many coats of the kind i chose and possibly making it look clumpy. My friend came in just to get fillings for his nails but the guy was also very knowledgable in regards to knowjng witch length would look better on him and size to make them look perfect and he corrected the entire job some other salon did and oh my goodness he LOVED his nails they looked Soo Much better.And finally last but not least they waxed my friends eyebrows and the women was absolutely amazing and made my friend's eyebrow loook soo perfect.Definitely me and my friend will be back and definitely reccomend this place .AFFORDABLEFRIENDLYSUPER CLEANSMELLS NICE NOT STRONG AT ALLLOTS OF COLOURS AND DESIGNS ANS SHAPESQUALITYTHOROUGHNESS

This had to be the WORST nail experience ever. The quality of the nail polish is horrible. All i wanted was sheliac colour on my hands and toes but they kept messing it up buffing it out then re-painting it. I’ve never dealt with something like that. I mentioned that the nail polish is dry but the lady wouldnt even respond to me. She kept ignoring me. To make things worse, sheliac always lasts me 2 weeks. After getting it done here only 2 days. Honestly, some people are ridiculous. The mom and daughter are extremely cranky and miserable.This is my experience here.

Terrible service. I went for manicure and the lady helping me was rude. No nail paints options were given. No professional service. At the end I left without getting the nails painted. Will not recommend this place.

recommended by a customer after I told her how amazing her nails looked. I've been back three times and loved every time. They are professional and their work is excellent. Planning on going for my first pedi very soon!

If I could I wouldn’t give a star at all. Went in with my 11 year old daughter for mother daughter day. Lights were off in the salon and the lady was lying down with her I pad. Barely looked our way when we walked in. I asked if they we even open. As our feet were soaking I asked if she could cut my nails short and she rolled her eyes at me. I asked if she could be careful scrubbing my feet and again she rolled her eyes at me. I then asked her if she wanted to do our feet because she was giving me attitude and again she rolled her eyes at me. I took my daughters and my feet right out of the water and went somewhere else. Stay away. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Terrible customer service from the assumed owner. The young girl working under her was kind and alright.The owner however is ignorant, outright rude and will completely ignore you when you speak to her. She does he own thing whether you tell her what you’d like or not and seldom asked what we’d like.With no appointments and being the only customers we were rushed and treated awful, the quality of the work is not worth your money.

They are not professional nail service. No manicure was being done. Asked several times to stop sanding nail beds with a coarse nail file, finally walked out. Their display of polishes is from shoppers Sally Hansen natural light gels. They only do colours.
