I was meet with a smile and willingness to fix my problem immediately.. the two owners were very friendly respectful and HONEST.. which is most important when it comes to car repairs. Although I was given my tire patch for FREE at the trail tire on 127ave a year ago. I was more then happy to pay for this type of customer service. I highly recommend this shop.

They did a great job fixing up my car and got it done properly and quickly. I also appreciated so much how they explained to me what was going on, showing me photos and explaining what they needed to fix. This is especially a fresh breath of air, as being a woman, walking into these places I'm always a bit weary. I appreciated that they explained to me what was happening, instead of defaulting to my boyfriend which happens to a lot of women. I felt they were trustworthy, and they did a great job quickly. I’ve been coming to Trail Tire St. Albert for a several years now for all my regular oil changes and anything else needed to be done on my car and I will not go anywhere else. I’m not someone who knows a lot about cars and I’ve been to many shops including the dealership I’ve bought my car from and the level of service, knowledge, honesty and customer service I get from Trail Tire is unparalleled. Brad and his team genuinely care about you and your vehicle, unlike the other places I’ve been before finding this place. I know when I get my car serviced I won’t be presented with random things that need to be fixed like I have found at other places, and anything they tell me needs to be replaced - I know it’s honestly what I need. The guys aren’t trying to get a sale and are very transparent with what they’re doing and what needs to be done.If you’re someone who knows nothing about cars, or you’re someone who is tired of other places pretending to care about whatever is going on with your car, book in with Trail Tire St. Albert. I promise you, you will experience some the friendliest employees, and leave knowing your car was well looked after and that you were well looked after as well.Kudos to the whole team at Trail Tire St. Albert - and I mean the whole team. The guys at Trail Tire were able to take my car in and fix a flat early in the morning. Done and on my way in 30 minutes! Awesome service as always from Brad and the crew at Trail Tire!

First time customer. Made a same day appointment and got my tire patched for a good price! Staff were nice and polite and they did a great job.

Had winter tires installed. Dropped my car off in the morning for an appointment at 11:00 and was called at 10:00 they were able to fit it in earlier. No complaints always very friendly great service.

I was in a jam to replace one damaged tire for my travel trailer so I called Trail Tire St. Albert with fingers crossed. Brad told me if I could bring the tire in, he'd get one ordered and be able to install next morning. Well, he did one better, when I dropped the damaged tire off that same afternoon, he had the new one at the shop, and even though the shop was crazy busy at the time, he had the technician install while I waited. From the time of the original phone call to walking out of the store with a new tire on rim was 4 hours, made my day for sure! Everyone in the shop was a pleasure to deal with, they provided great service in a friendly atmosphere and at a very reasonable price - what more could you ask for? Thanks again Brad and team!!

They've always done right by us. We've had a few instances where we've had to have vehicles towed there or just even as random as fixing a windshield wiper. It doesn't matter how big or how small they always treat us great and get it done as quickly as they possibly can. And there's never any b******* so yeah we appreciate them a lot

I have been going to these guys for over a decade and also send my family there too. They are the best and don't let the name deceive you, they do all sorts of mechanical auto work with honest service and prices.
