From first contact to design, installation and the inevitable small maintenance and gadgetry issues, Jon has proven himself to be very responsive and reliable. We love our new gates! We were able to create our own custom gates and we are thrilled with the results. Jon was so great to work with, very co-operative and he had some amazing ideas too. We had some issues integrating the gate entrance system with our existing home automation system, Jon was able to make some modifications so it works just as we wanted! We recently had a beautiful sliding gate installed by Jon at Ontario Gates and we could not be happier with the gate or the service we received. I initially spoke to Jon a full two years before making a decision to proceed. During that time, Jon's responsiveness never wavered. At one point I was considering using a company who was more local to us and quickly realized that their service responsiveness was far inferior to what we had experienced with Jon. Once I signed the order with Ontario Gates, I worried that that we would get a bit of a runaround regarding installation because of the distance between our property and their shop, but that worry was completely unnecessary. Delivery was prompt and Jon took the time to make sure that we were comfortable with the key workings of the gate and it's equipment. He also encouraged us to reach out any time with questions or concerns. I highly recommend both Jon and his team at Ontario Gates!

We had a problem with our opener,, gate was installed about 10 years ago by a different installer. We found Ontario Gates via Google,, send a email and with in a hour we rec'd a reply from Jon. We informed him of our problem and he said that he would be in our area the next day and could swing by.They stopped by at the time they said they would be here,, after diagnosing the problem, they had our gate up and working better then it has in sometime,, they even adjusted one of them and added a better antenna for our remotes..When it came time to settle up, we were happy with his charges for the outstanding customer service and knowledge we rec'd.We have no hesitation in recommending Ontario Gates PERIOD,, Simply the best gate service we have ever rec'dThank you Jon for fixing our gate in less then 24 hours since initial contact
