Four Boutique

Great little boutique. Quite small but carries a good amount of high quality clothes. The sale rack is always changing and has a good selection. The staff have always been incredibly friendly whenever I come in here. Would recommend and will continue to pop by here when I’m in the area.

Lots of cute things here! The associates have always been helpful and cheerful. They even have a little area for kids to play while you shop which is amazing!! They always have wrapped whatever I’ve bought up so nicely. It’s obvious that they go above and beyond to try to give their customers an experience and high quality goods you just can’t find or get at big box stores.

Always amazing service from start to finish! Have been shopping at Four Boutique since they opened their doors. No matter who is working, there is always consistent, wonderful, personalized service, complimenting their beautiful, unique offerings. I appreciate that they carry a range of product lines, and price points, to cater to all clientele. In addition to this, I love seeing three generations of the owners family in the store. It makes a shopper feel proud to truly be supporting a local family business. Amazing store! And lovely, friendly, helpful staff too! Definitely recommend!

I’ve been here once or twice - some nice clothing! My favourite Goodhyouhman sweatshirt that I’ve worn to death is from here. They also have some great brands like AG, Bella Dahl, Velvet etc. Recently though, I came at 4:55pm (closes at 6pm). The door was locked, and there was a sign on the door that read “Back in 5 mins”. I waited in my car (pouring rain) for literally 30 mins. The sign never moved, so I have to assume they never came back? Disappointing, because I rarely get to the west end. Hopefully, next time I come by, I can browse the shop.

My mother recently went into this store and had her dress ripped by a nail hanging out of a pallet. My mom wanted to get the dress fixed and called the store to tell them what happened. They said that they would call her back to say what they would do. They never called so my mom went to get the dress fixed, it cost $15 so she called the store to tell them. They were mad and said they never called her to say what they were going to do and had wanted her to take it to their seamstress. My mom advised well it was only $15 and there is a shirt in your store I want so how about you just take the money off the shirt. She went in to purchase the shirt. It was a $120 shirt that was 70% off. Long story short the woman working in the store then tried to take only $3 off of the dress instead of $15. My mom paid and didn't realize but then realized and went back. The woman working in the store was then completely rude and said she felt she didn't owe my mom anything and if she came to my moms house and stubbed her toe she wouldn't expect something... yeah sorry lady not how these things work. She was completely rude from this point gave my mom $12 cash slammed the register and pretty much pushed my mom out the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG ZERO HERE!

Four Boutique is the absolute best place to shop for your girlfriend/significant other in Edmonton! The staff is so friendly and helpful and will make super great recommendations! Great products, the staff are so friendly and kind. The owner is such a caring person. You definitely get an above average shopping experience when as a customer you are treated as a friend. The store is also always clean and tidy. Merchandised well for easy browsing. The product selection is great, always such trendy pieces with a good selection of casual to dressy.
