I bought a used 2018 Golf GTI three months ago from this dealership. The guy told me I didn't need a front license plate, right away I was pulled over and told by a police officer that I did need it. Then I had a problem with the car two months later, it started shutting down when I was driving. I just paid $2000 to have it fixed and when I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to speak with me. In the paperwork they say I need to monitor to be sure the car is fixed properly, so it seems like they're not confident it's working correctly. I no longer feel safe driving this car and would not buy another Volkswagen.

Quick response from the sales and sales figured out the number which works best for me. They explained everything properly before saying it a deal, I’d mention it took some back and forth negotiating the deal but they welcomed it without hesitation. I have dealt with “Payam”, he knows what he is doing and no pressure buying and locking in the deal. Thanks for understanding the requirements and finding the car. Delivered on time but later I got couple issues and that was resolved right away. I’d recommend if you love VW.

I had a truly great experience purchasing a second-hand Tiguan from this dealership. Fantastic crew and dealership. I worked exclusively with Joshua who was great from the get-go, got us the brand new Atlas we wanted, kept us up to speed the entire way and was completely transparent on features, delivery timing and price. I would definitely recommend this VW dealership.

We were in Toronto from US for a few days & on the way up our “oil low” light came on. Needless to say my first reaction was panic but I decided to google the closest VW to my hotel. VW Downtown Toronto came up so I called them. I hit the option for service and spoke to advisor at ext.1 and explained the situation and he said to come in the next afternoon. We did and couldn’t have been treated better. Remember we aren’t customers at this dealership, we are out of the country! They assisted us quickly and added some oil and we were in our way. If I lived here I’d buy my next VW from them! Imagine how well they’d treat you if they are this attentive to a stranger!

My husband and I have been waiting for Jeffrey to finish his lunch break for a few weeks now. Must be a really good sandwich.We have a minor repair that needs to get booked. We finally got everything through insurance and we can’t seem to get a call back to get things booked. We have been loyal customers for years, but this level of service is absurdly bad.

I recently visited this dealership and was very impressed!Shopping for a new car has always been a hit or miss experience since I don't have much knowledge about cars and the different options available, but everyone at this dealership was friendly and welcoming.I worked directly with Colin Sweett, and he showed me a couple options he felt suited my needs. Any time I had a question (or several), he would take his time and give me a thorough explanation until I fully understood the product. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything, and his friendly demeanor made it a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone interested in a VW.
