Excellent customer service. A very clean and friendly environment. They have so much stuff! I'm talking tv's, computers, every cord you need, office supplies, school supplies, and business solutions! I'm probably missing something still!

Last week I opened my phone to find that basically 95% of my pictures had vanished. I stopped in at the local subsidiary of the business where I bought the phone from in Saskatoon only to be told the pictures were gone - end of story. I went directly to Nipawin Computer Solutions where, in less than five minutes, Barry figured out the issue and retrieved the missing" pictures. Since some of these pictures included my Dad's last Christmas I was beyond relieved and thankful! I highly recommend Nipawin Computer Solutions for their expertise and outstanding staff."

Could not give no stars!!! When there as they are a ups drop off, had a prepaid return to drop off and they wanted me to pay $2.00 cash to drop off a prepaid Amazon return with a prepaid UPS label and all. But he still wanted money. Lol.Save your time shop on Amazon and get better deals and better customer service. Have tried to shop there before and the lady did not know the difference from a usb cord and an hdmi cable. Lol.

Every time I go into this store there are more and more items in stock. The staff are always very helpful, and quick to help as well. I had my computer in to have some viruses removed and I had it back in no time with such a small bill compared to when I had it done at futureshop. I didn't know there was so much office supplies in there as well as in their catalog. I won't need to go to the city anymore just to get these simple things.

The people are very helpful and friendly.They can always answer my questionsAbout the Samsung Galaxy phone IBought through them. I will be visitingThem again soon for help using zoomFor our library meetings.

Put a deposit down for a phone in the beginning of November, found out they weren't going to be a dealer at the end of the month. Have tried multiple times to contact and get the deposit back but still haven't seen it

Offers great deals on a phone only to back track less than 24 hours later . Very disappointed that they would not honour their commitment. Not good business in my opinion. I seem to suspect someone made a mistake and didn't want to own up to it so lied instead . Sorry ,but this was the first and last time I will go here.Update : as to a response to the owners comment , this incident happened 9 months ago and you are only responding now? As for the details I , called in the morning to inquire about a new phone plan and came in to go over the details of the phone plan in which I didn't have much time so I told them that I would return the next day to sign the paper work. The following day I came in and the fellow I was dealing with just the day before started to pretend that he didn't remember me or the details of the plan. But then called the obviously more seasoned employee over to explain to me that the plan was no longer available to me anymore, even though I clearly expressed to them that I was going to take the deal the day before. I still don't believe that plans can change within a that little time without a businesses knowledge, but if that is what you say and don't honour commitments that is entirely up to you. It is your business afterall

If there was a 10 star rating Barrie and his staff would be receiving it from me I couldn’t say enough about their costumer service , technical support , very reasonable pricing and their honesty They certainly have earned my trust for any future purchases and tech services . Barrie , your business is a Real benefit to the north-east community . Bravo for a job well done in your services to all of us
