I attended a formal Ball last week and needed to rent a ball gown.I actually booked an appointment with another rental place (which I won’t name...but it’s a well known dress rental store in Montreal) and was treated so poorly I was nearly in tears.I called Loue 1 Robe hoping to get a walk in appointment and they said I could come in right away.Sarah is simply the best. She made me feel comfortable right away. She asked what the event was for, asked what I usually wear and things that I feel comfortable in. She asked so many questions that I felt like she really cared about the impression I wanted to make.Every dress she showed me was gorgeous. After 4 gowns I knew I had the right one. I felt beautiful and really well treated by her entire team.The cost is completely reasonable and you don’t have to worry about things like dry cleaning. Just pick up your dress the day before your event and return it the day after. It couldn’t be easier.You have a client for life. Thank you so much!!!!PS, I was told by many people at the event I went to that my gown was one of the most beautiful of the night!☺️

My husband and I had a wonderful service.Sara is passionate and she is extremely helpful.I told her that I was looking for someone to do my hair and my makeup, and she found someone to do it. 100% recommend renting your wedding dress! We had a last minute wedding and a friend recommended this place. Sarah was so attentive and helped me find the perfect dress (much cheaper than buying and much less stress!). We had a first meeting with her to select the dress then I was able to pick it up 2 days before the wedding. She recommend a tailor who did the alterations on site. Then I was able to bring back the dress 2 days after. Thanks for the great experience Sarah!

I went to rent a dress for an important ceremony. I showed the design I wanted and the staff recommended several dresses. With the good eyes of the staff, I was able to try on a dress with a design I hadn't thought of, and it was the best. Thank you for making it a special experience.

Loved absolutely everything of my experience. They know how to make you comfortable, are super welcoming and only showed me dresses that fit me like a glove and that I was comfortable with. This will definitely be a staple for me (actually if I could never shop again and only rent from them that would be a dream!)
