Went with my husband on the weekend and we looked a trailer for almost an hour. Not 1 person stopped to ask us if we had questions even through multiple sales people drove by on golf carts and there weren't many customers cause it was about to rain. They have lots of stock, prices are about average, but absolutely no help.

Just want give the team at Niagara trailers a shout out for the amazing treatment my wife and I recieved at this business. We purchased the trailer with the help of RV consultant Andre Gruchot who was amazing. After we left the lot we noticed an issue which was resolved quickly and with zero hassle by a service tech. This is great business to deal with from the owner all the way through the sales and fulfillment teams.

Very disappointing:After communicating several times by email we made the over an hour and a half drive to niagara trailers.We spent well over an hour looking at trailers at times with a salesman who had difficulty at times locating specific units.We decided on one only to be told that delivery would be in two months.Sorry, not paying for a trailer and a seasonal site that we would not be able to use.It would have been best to advise us of this at the start instead of wasting 5 hours and about $50 in gas.You lost that deal.

We just chose a previously owned trailer from Niagara Trailers. Luke had the unit ready for our tour. He explained all the servicing that will be done before it is delivered in May. We booked the delivery day right then. The showroom has everything we will need to get started. Thank you Luke!
