We had an emergency at 2:00 am on Saturday night, we called Ray pluming, and the plumber arrived in less than 20 minutes and fixed it immediately! He was very professional and clean. He explained everything to us before doing the job. I was extremely satisfied with the service and contacted them again for some other repairs few weeks later and again they did a great job. I highly recommend for all plumbing issues.

My pipe that was connected to my bathroom on 2nd stair was leaking. At first , I purchased emergency kit (pipe repair) to fix the problem but it ended up not working so I called Ray (around 8pm on Saturday night ). I explained him the situation through the phone and sent him a pic of the pipe that was leaking via text. He immediately gave me price quote and the time that will take him to fix the problem. He came fast and fixed the issue in 20mins(like he promised ). He was very friendly and professional ! He also offered fair price (I Can guarantee that He offers good prices because I called five different companies to get quotes as well) so I would 100% recommend him (especially for emergency situation)and I would definitely call him again if I get another plumbing issue!! Scheduled an appointment with Ray Plumbing. A short angry-looking fellow named Sam showed up. I tried to brush aside his negative demeanour at first, hoping that he'd warm up and act friendlier as time went by. But he unfortunately maintained a bad attitude throughout the appointment.Told him about the plumbing issue I was having in my home. I then asked him what his fee was for producing a plumber's report that was required to be shown to my insurance company. Sam replied that he didn't write such reports for clients. I pressed him on it, and he finally threw out a number for what I'd need to pay for the plumber's report. After initially being told that he didn't write plumber's reports, I felt uneasy about his qualifications. So I asked him if he was the owner, and he replied: Yes. I then asked how many years he'd been in business, to which he testily replied, Does that matter?"Fast forward through several more minutes of unpleasant conversation
