Have been shopping at Swansons since 2010 and I am always impressed with their exceptional service. Ive had numerous custom jewellery pieces created there and made purchases of small items, to large diamond pieces. I've also had appraisals done here by Deb. The atmosphere is inviting and confident and they really listen to what you're looking for. I love going back again and again as it feels like chatting to friends now and not just sales people that have constant staff change overs like many chain-brand stores.

I had a bunch of watch batteries replaced for my husband. They were quick and friendly and the service was great.Unfortunately one of the watches the battery died again within a couple of months, and another the face broke within a month of the replacement (which could have been my husband's fault, but after having the watch for a decade without issue and never having a watch face break before the timing was a little odd).I never followed up, which is my bad, but I wish I hadn't have needed to!

Can't speak highly enough of Swanson's! After an absolutely terrible experience getting a wedding band from another store where I lived previously, I got my wife a matching ring for our anniversary. It was perfect - and significantly cheaper than I was quoted for the same ring a year ago at that other place. Swanson's will be my go-to from here on out! :)

Kristy is a super star! We took my grandmothers engagement ring in today to get a new diamond and to have it resized so it can be used for our own ring. She worked with our budget and understood the assignment through all of my tears. We’ve been looking at rings for a couple of years now and People’s (or other jewellers) have never been so kind and helpful. We truly appreciate this service more than they will ever know and we are incredibly excited to get the ring back and start our new chapter.Adding to say the ring is stunning, I continue to get compliments every day from strangers, thank you again Kristy & Swansons.

My wife smashed her engagement ring on a waterslide and broke the band. We were fortunate to be able to find the pieces in the pool at the bottom. We took the pieces to Swanson's to have them reconstruct it, and were super happy.We were very picky to get it just the way it was before. Deb, Jeff and the team at Swanson's were super patient with us and our numerous reviews.Would highly recommend them if you're looking for a store that goes the extra mile, stands behind what they do and really genuinely cares about customer service.
