Have been attempting to have standard invoice books made, they forgot" to process the work order the first time. And now we cannot get a hold of them to see if they have completed them. The original order was made in April. Swung in at 9:05am and the doors are still locked

Hi there everyone, if I could give a -5 I would!! Our experience was horrible with the minute press in okotoks. We ordered decals for our business. Paid for the samples made. Then ordered many more to decal each one of our food carts. They all came the wrong size from what we approved and paid for in the original order. We were able to make most fit but two of our carts are smaller and we needed the decals to be the original size we ordered to fit these carts.When we contacted minute press the original lady that we dealt with no longer worked there. So we started to deal with another lady( I will not name names) and she was on holidays every time we called to only find out she no longer works there either! Now we are dealing with a new fellow that tells us that their printing machine is broken now for 5 months!!!! He has tried helping us and has sent our file to the” Main” location. But they are on holidays, and or no response from them. We are told that the manager/owner Steve will contact us. Steve to this date has not contacted us, going over six months. He has had Covid, on holidays, or at his other business smoke N barbecue. He will not answer his phone, he is never at the store, and please everyone do not waste your time with this location! Also when we asked who we can call to complain to, we were told they are franchise owned and there is no other recourse. I will continue to fight for what we paid for. I will keep everyone updated.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Minuteman Press in Okotoks. This year was my first time being in charge of the Chamber Golf Tournament, and Minuteman Press designed and printed all of our programs for the tourney. They were very professional to deal with, went above and beyond to make sure all of my last minute requests were completed and had the programs done ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs.

They worked with me to try and get my product printed efficiently and cost effectively.
