It sounds funny but Star Buds has sufficiently impressed me. The staff are always friendly and super knowledgable. It amazes me the detail they are able to go into about cannabis. I would recommend this store to anyone, with any (or lack there of) experience level. I think it would be great for people who love “talking shop” with other cannabis enthusiasts or for the new user or even curious bystander. I think they have great employees, who are lead by strong, thoughtful and knowledgeable leaders. You should all be proud to be part of such a remarkable (and dynamic group- I must add). A+ on multiple experiences there.

Wow, just called to see if they carry a certain product that I am looking for, they would not answer my question and told me to go online and check as they cannot verifyy my age over the phone but they can online ( ya cause that's not hard to scam if you wanted too), what a joke I'll never deal with this franchise, she was obviously just to lazy too answer me, thats too bad I purchase quite a bit and they will never see a dime of mine again, too many other options from places that will answer a question on the phone.

Paige E always helps me out and always finds me what I'm looking for. I think I've tried something new everytime I've been there and Paige never fails to show me something awesome. This time I went with Dad Bod, and it is smooth, tasty and does the trick. :)

Got a 1G pen didn't look right to me. So I went back showed the employees. They exchanged it without issue since I had my receipt. Very friendly staff as well

ServiceI am always greeted promptly by the staff. When we were all wearing masks, I did get asked for ID once or twice but this only reaffirms the professionalism of their staff.After that comes some version of Know what you're looking for?" Perfect
